DON PARKERSON JR, DCDr. Parkerson grew up as the son of a chiropractor in Eastman, Georgia. He began working in his father’s clinic at age 14 and has spent his entire life living and learning natural health through chiropractic. His greatest joy has always been seeing sick and hurting people restored to health without drugs or surgery. In 1997, he joined our clinic and achieved Advanced Certification in Orthospinology. In 2002, Dr. Parkerson purchased the Humber Clinic and Neal Chiropractic to form the combined HP Spine Center. He and his wife, Julie, have 2 children, Sadie and Micah, and live in Kennesaw. The Parkersons are members of Mt. Paran Church and Dr. Parkerson served as the president of the Rotary Club of Smyrna.

DREW SOUTHERLAND, DC Dr. Southerland is originally from Morristown, TN. Becoming a chiropractor was his life-long dream after being a chiropractic miracle at only 18 months old. As a sick child, he was relieved of ear infections and headaches through chiropractic. Dr. Southerland and his wife, Cara, worked at HP Spine from 2008-2011, where he trained in the Orthospinology procedure and achieved Advanced Certification. From 2011-2014, the Southerlands lived and practiced in Charleston, SC before being called back home to HP Spine in 2014. The Southerlands and their 2 children, Lola and Sawyer, live in Marietta.
